You can now send secure electronic messages from your computer or mobile device to your named GP.  This is via the Patient Access website or app. Your named GP will respond to your message within 2 working days. 

We hope that patients will find this a convenient way to access advice and healthcare from the surgery. Please do not use it for urgent medical requests.

If you are housebound, or feel that you are too unwell to attend the surgery, we are able to visit you at home.  We carry out our home visits at lunchtime, so please call us between 10am and noon to request a home visit for that day.  A GP will call you back to ascertain if you require a visit. 

If a registered patient at our practice moves out of our catchment area, and decides to remain registered with us, we will be unable to offer a home visit if the need arises.
