You can now send secure electronic messages from your computer or mobile device to your named GP.  This is via the Patient Access website or app. Your named GP will respond to your message within 2 working days.

We hope that patients will find this a convenient way to access advice and healthcare from the surgery. Please do not use it for urgent medical requests.

A video demonstrating how to use this service can be seen here.

More details about this and other online patient services can be found in the ONLINE SERVICES section of this website.

When We Are Closed

Should you require a GP urgently when the surgery is closed, please call our out-of-hours GP provider on:

  020 7388 5800

This GP surgery is operated by a local Practice and offers walk-in appointments. You cannot book appointments in advance.  When we are closed, for example on a Thursday afternoon or weekend, you are able to see a doctor or a nurse for any problem that you feel cannot wait.

NHS Direct

In the case of urgent need when the practice is closed you can call NHS 111 who can assist you. Your needs will be assessed and advice offered or arrangements made for you to see a doctor.
