Introducing eConsult: A new way to get help from the GP surgery
We are delighted to be introducing eConsult. A new way to get help from the GP surgery. We now ask that, whenever possible, instead of calling the GP surgery, please fill out an eConsult instead. This will improve the service you receive from the GP surgery, and free up the phone lines for vulnerable patients.
Please see this short video that explains the service:
Changes to the Appointment System in Response to the Coronavirus Situation
In response to the Coronavirus situation, all appointments for our patients will now be conducted over the phone (or in some cases, using video consulting) wherever possible. If you consider that you need to see or speak to a doctor or nurse, or need other help from the surgery, please first submit an eConsult and the practice will get back to you as soon as possible with the next steps.
IF YOUR CASE IS URGENT, NOT CORONAVIRUS RELATED, AND YOU NEED TO BE SEEN IN THE SURGERY, THE DOCTOR OR NURSE WILL ARRANGE THIS FOR YOU.
We would ask that if the reason you were planning to request an appointment is not urgent, you kindly consider not contacting the surgery at this busy time. If you are not sure if the matter is urgent or not, please submit an eConsult and the practice will get back to you and advise if the matter is urgent or not.
