Changes to the Appointment System in Response to the Coronavirus Situation

In response to the Coronavirus situation, all appointments for our patients will now be conducted over the phone (or in some cases, using video consulting) wherever possible.

IF YOU ALREADY HAVE A BOOKED APPOINTMENT AT THE GP SURGERY TO SEE A DOCTOR, NURSE, PHARMACIST OR OTHER HEALTH PROFESSIONAL, PLEASE DO NOT COME TO THE GP SURGERY.  A DOCTOR OR NURSE WILL INSTEAD CALL YOU AS CLOSE TO YOUR APPOINTMENT TIME AS POSSIBLE.

IF YOUR CASE IS URGENT, NOT CORONAVIRUS RELATED, AND YOU NEED TO BE SEEN IN THE SURGERY, THE DOCTOR OR NURSE WILL ARRANGE THIS FOR YOU.

We would ask that if the reason you were planning to request an appointment is not urgent, you kindly consider not contacting the surgery at this busy time.  If you are not sure if the matter is urgent or not, please call us and a doctor or nurse will call you back and advise if the matter is urgent or not.
