Changes to the Appointment System in Response to the Coronavirus Situation
In response to the Coronavirus situation, all appointments for our patients will now be conducted over the phone (or in some cases, using video consulting) wherever possible.
All routine GP appointments have now been cancelled and no appointments are being booked in advance. We will now only be dealing with medical matters on a same day basis.
If you have a medical issue, please take the following steps:
1. Go to NHS 111 online to see if your issue can be resolved by following advice on this website. Similar high quality advice can be found by using the NHS app which can be downloaded to your Apple or Android device.
2. If 111 online or the NHS app cannot resolve your issue, please submit an online eConsult form to the surgery and we will get back to you with the next steps by the end of the next working day. On a working day (i.e. Monday to Friday), we will respond same day if we receive your eConsult form before 3pm.
If you are consider that you might be unable to complete an online eConsult form, please call the surgery on 0207 226 6363. A receptionist will ask you some questions, and a GP will contact you if needed.
Child and Baby Immunisations, and Depot (injected) Medications
We will ensure that all children continue to receive their vaccinations, and that patients who need important injected (depot) medications will receive them. Our practice nursing team will contact parents and patients to arrange.
